1. The sold product is not refundable or exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage to the product or one of its parts.
2. The damaged product may not be replaced or its price refunded unless it is returned within two days from the date of purchase or delivery. The product must also be returned in its original box with internal packaging and all accessories.
3. In the event of a malfunction, work is done to fix it. If it is not possible to fix it, the product will be replaced with the same product. If the product is not available, the amount will be refunded in the same way the payment was made.
4. The warranty period varies from one product to another, as a result of the nature of the product in terms of design, manufacture, or expected use. The warranty is valid starting from the date of purchase made by the buyer and the period is specified on the purchase invoice. .5
6. In the event that the invoice is lost and you are unable to find the invoice on the phone number registered with us, the warranty is considered void
7. We are not responsible for any defect in the product resulting from consumer misuse
The warranty does not cover the following:
8. Products from which the serial number has been removed or products that contain an illegible serial number
9. Periodic inspections, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to natural wear and tear.
10. Defects or damage resulting from breakage or tampering with the screen, negligence, misuse, or force majeure.

The screen warranty does not include the wireless signal receiver (Wi-Fi) inside the screen if the router is far from the screen or the internet is weak.
12. In the event that the air conditioners are installed by an external company or third party, we are not responsible for any defect affecting the air conditioner, such as a gas leak or any electrical malfunction affecting the external or internal unit resulting from poor installation.
13. If you do not remove the safety screws after installing the washing machine, which leads to damage to it, the warranty will be considered void and the showroom will not bear any responsibility.
